We are obsessed with pasture. We know that the best meat comes from the healthiest animals, and the healthiest animals live on well-managed pasture. We lamb in January and May to provide lambs for all but the months of January, February and March.
We offer lamb for sale by the hanging whole or half. You will pay according to the weight of the animal before it is boned and cut. How much meat you receive will depend on whether you choose cuts that include the bone (like roasts and chops) or ones that are removed from the bone (like ground lamb and stew meat).
Our lamb will also be available at select finer butchershops in New England.
