Try something new on the grill with our lamb riblets. Riblets are like pork ribs but with a delicious and distinctive lamb flavor. Cook them slowly on the grill or in the oven at a low temperature (250-275F) for a rich, rendered, crispy lamb rib experience – these are also the perfect barbecue solution when you have guests who don’t eat pork. Each riblet weighs between 16-24 oz and feeds two.
